Variopool's vertical retaining wall divides the pool into two (or more) at a fixed position. The wall is easy to operate via touchscreen and can disappear completely out of sight as it sinks into a recessed niche in the pool floor. The vertical retaining wall is available in a two- or three-piece version, increasing the division and activity possibilities in the pool.

Operation and control

The vertical retaining wall is driven by a hydraulic system, similar to the one used by Variopool for movable pool floors. In its highest position, the wall divides the pool into two or more zones. This allows different activities to take place simultaneously: for example, a youth activity in one section, while lanes are swum in the other.
