Submersible bulkhead
The Variopool vertical pool divider easily divides the pool into multiple zones, allowing for various activities to take place simultaneously. Thanks to the touchscreen control, fully galvanised construction and choice of two- or three-part versions, the divider offers maximum flexibility and ease of use.
The smart solution for any modern swimming pool
Variopool's submersible bulkhead divides the pool into two (or more) at a fixed position. The bulkhead is easy to operate via touchscreen and can disappear completely out of sight as it sinks into a recessed niche in the pool floor. The vertical bulkhead is available in a two- or three-piece version, increasing the division and activity possibilities in the pool.
Advantages
- Permanent, reliable separation of the basin into two or more parts
- Touchscreen control for easy everyday use
- Can be completely hidden: galvanized in a niche, so the wall is not visible
- More program choices thanks to two- and three-part versions
- Two temperatures in one bath possible with the unique Variopool 2.0 double-walled design
Operation and control
The submersible bulkhead is driven by a hydraulic system, similar to the one used by Variopool for movable floors. In its highest position, the bulkhead divides the pool into two or more zones. This allows different activities to take place simultaneously: for example, a youth activity in one section, while lanes are swum in the other.
Options and variants
- 2-part or 3-part: more flexibility in configuration and use
- Fully submerged in a deep recess in the bottom of the pool
- Variopool 2.0 double-sided: possibility to achieve two temperatures in the same bath
Or choose one of our other options
Variopool designs, manufactures and installs bulkheads entirely in-house. In addition to the submersible bulkhead there are several options:
- Folding wall: folds away into a space in the movable base
- Horizontal rotation: is essentially moved across the pool edge to the desired position in the pool
